This drip kettle combines excellent functionality and design.
When I used it for the first time, I was surprised at how good its cost performance was. In particular, the ease of controlling the amount of water during extraction was something that was not possible with existing drip kettles in the same price range, and it was designed to allow even beginners to reproduce the taste of a professional.
Another very attractive feature is the attention to detail that is unique to Japanese companies.
The attention to detail in this drip kettle is also a major attraction, with its just-right 900ml capacity, the pleasant clicking sound that resonates when you turn the dial, the grip on the handle that makes it easier to pour with your thumb, and the steam vent to prevent the risk of burns.

When brewing coffee, the temperature of the water is an important factor that affects the taste.
At a high temperature of around 93 degrees, the aroma, acidity, bitterness and other components contained in the coffee beans are extracted in abundance, resulting in a crisp and well-balanced flavor.
On the other hand, if you brew it at a low temperature of around 80 degrees, you will get a mellow coffee with a very gentle taste and a thick texture.
This drip kettle allows you to control the temperature precisely with the push of a button, and it's just the right size at 900ml.
What I particularly like is that there is a small amount of rubber where the thumb rests.
This makes the handle very stable and allows you to pour as much hot water as you want exactly where you want it.
I could feel the high level of skill of the designer.
The design is also sophisticated, and I would say it meets all the requirements for a drip kettle.

It's a great drip kettle, with an easy-to-hold grip and a spout shaped to allow for a steady, thin stream of hot water poured straight down.
It's lightweight and designed to be stable and perfect for dripping coffee.
It also functions perfectly as an electric kettle, with the temperature setting dial, which can be set in 1 degree increments, allowing for intuitive operation, and the fact that it can even be changed while heating is a user-friendly design feature.
The monitor allows you to see both the current temperature and the set temperature, and no other product offers these two functions at the same level.
Although it has a refined design that eliminates unnecessary elements, it still has the bare minimum of buttons on the base, and it's nice that most settings can be made with a single action.
This product is perfect for homes that want to use it with various temperature settings, as well as professional baristas.
