Customers who purchase from our official website will receive a limited-time offer of a two-year manufacturer's warranty instead of the usual one. No special procedures are required. Purchases made on the site automatically come with a two-year warranty.
We also offer an optional extended warranty that provides comprehensive coverage for up to five years*.
*The 5-year optional extended warranty is only available on the official website (as of March 2025).
① Manufacturer's warranty
The product comes with a manufacturer's warranty from EPEIOS (excluding some products such as consumables).
- Please check the warranty card included with each product for the warranty period.
・Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required to apply for the warranty (receipt, purchase email, etc.).
・If you wish to apply for warranty, please contact EPEIOS JAPAN customer support .
② Optional guarantee
We offer the optional UpCare extended warranty service (for a fee) for some products on our official website and Rakuten Ichiba.

・For inquiries within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact EPEIOS JAPAN customer support.

*To apply for the warranty, proof of purchase, such as an order number (e-commerce site) or receipt (general retailer), which shows the date and time of sale, store information, price, etc., is required.
*If you purchase a used product or a product purchased privately from a non-authorized retailer, the extended warranty and warranty support will not apply.
*The warranty covers natural failures that occur during normal use. Intentional damage such as water damage or dropping, or loss are not covered by the warranty, and additional charges may apply.

To apply for the warranty, you will need proof of purchase, such as your order number (on an e-commerce site) or receipt (from a general retailer), which shows the date and time of purchase, store information, price, etc. If you have lost your proof of purchase, please contact the retailer to see if they can reissue it.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us from the person who sent the gift, or have the person who sent the gift prepare proof of purchase or other proof of purchase before contacting us.
EPEIOS JAPAN cannot provide a warranty for products purchased second-hand. Please consult with the store where you purchased the product to find out about their warranty policy.
Optional extended warranties are available only at the time of purchase.
The extended warranty service (total 2-year warranty) available only to members on the official website will end in January 2025.
・If you purchased the product from an authorized retailer (Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba, etc.) by January 2025, you can apply for the extended warranty service by registering as a member on the official website.
・If you purchase from the official website, we offer a 2-year warranty as a special benefit.
