Wheat flour...appropriate amount Potato starch...appropriate amount

How to make it
1. Mix the ingredients ★ with the chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces and let it sit for at least an hour.
2. Mix the flour and potato starch together and add to [1], mixing until the mixture is no longer powdery.
3. Place the chicken thighs in a mesh basket lined with parchment paper and set it on the middle shelf.
4. Adjust the cooking time to achieve your desired doneness.
