How to make it

1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the front and back of the steak and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
2. Place asparagus, cherry tomatoes, etc. in a mesh basket lined with baking paper and place on the bottom shelf.
3. Pat the steak dry and brush a little olive oil on both sides.
4. Place on a wire rack on the middle shelf and begin cooking. Garnish with rosemary if desired.
