How to make it
1. Season the pork belly with salt and pepper, then place the rosemary on top and place it on the middle shelf of a wire rack.
2. Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and salt, then place them in a mesh basket on the bottom shelf.
3. Adjust the cooking time to get the desired doneness.
