Spicy Grilled Ribs

■Material■
Spare ribs...around 300g (2-3 pieces)
[For the marinade]
Water...3 cups Bay leaves (★)...3 leaves Anise (★)...2-3 granules Pepper (★)...a small amount [Marinade sauce (commercially available yakiniku sauce can also be used)]
2/3 cup barbecue sauce 1/2 cup syrup 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Tomato sauce...1 tablespoon
Chili sauce...1 tablespoon
Pepper...a small amount

■Preset Button■

■Set temperature/time■
180℃/10min
*Only the upper heater is used
■Steam ON/OFF■
OFF
How to make it
1. Soak the spare ribs in water for at least 10 minutes, then rinse.
Pour water again, submerge the spare ribs, add the spices (★), and soak for 20 minutes.
2. Pour the sauce over the removed spare ribs and let them soak for 1 hour.
3. Place on a wire rack and start cooking on the middle shelf.
Adjust the cooking time to get the doneness you like.
