Cod...2 slices Beaten egg...1 Salt...a little Pepper...a little Flour...a little Garlic (★)...2 cloves Oregano (★)...a little Olive oil (★)...1 spoon Italian parsley (★)...15g
Breadcrumbs (★)...30g

How to make it

1. Roughly chop the parsley and finely chop the garlic.
2. Put ★ into a bowl and mix well.
3. Sprinkle salt on the cod and pat dry with kitchen paper.
4. Dip the cod in flour and then beaten egg, then mix well and place in the ★ mixture, then sprinkle generously with breadcrumbs all over.
5. Place ④ in the mesh basket and start cooking. Adjust the cooking time to your liking.
