10-20 shrimp with head 3 cloves of garlic 20g butter

How to make it

1. Remove the shells, legs and vein from the shrimp, leaving the heads and tails.
2. Place the minced garlic and shrimp in a mesh basket lined with parchment paper.
3. Place the chopped butter on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place on the middle rack of the oven.
4. Cook until the garlic is fragrant and the shelled heads are browned.
