This time I cooked two servings in a mesh basket, but if you use a wire rack and make it two levels, you can cook four servings at once.

Foil cooking is typically done in a frying pan or toaster oven, but Chef cooking cooks food at a high temperature all at once, so it's ready in a short amount of time. There's no need to worry about opening the foil and finding that the food is raw.

The food is wrapped in foil before baking, so the rack and the oven interior stay clean, and cleanup is easy. There is no oil splatter.

Once you understand the basics, it's easy to create your own menu variations!

Arrangement Menu

Chanchanyaki

Add miso, mirin, and butter to create a salmon chanchanyaki-style dish. It's even easier to make if you use pre-cut vegetable mixes.

Acquapazza style

Add chopped garlic, salt, white wine, and a drizzle of olive oil for an aquapazza-style dish. Add clams or shrimp for a more luxurious look.

Grilled mayonnaise and cheese

Sprinkle salt and pepper on your favorite vegetables or fish, top with mayonnaise and cheese, and bake to make mayonnaise and cheese bake, a dish that kids will love. The key is to open the foil slightly and let the mayonnaise and cheese brown.

Cooking time reduced to near zero.
