Enoki mushrooms and paprika cook the fastest, so remove them after 10 minutes.
Adding seasonings to the spinach while it's still hot will allow the flavors to soak in. It's best to eat it chilled.
Cutting the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces will help it cook more easily. If it is still hard, cook it at 180°C for 5 minutes at a time and check the condition.
