■Ingredients (for 2 people)■
・Chicken and burdock rice
1 cup of rice 80g of chicken thigh meat
1/4 burdock root, 1/4 bottle of ginseng, 150cc water
★1 tablespoon soy sauce
★1/2 tablespoon mirin
★1/2 tablespoon sake
★A little granulated Japanese soup stock ★1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

・Okra wrapped in pork and cheese 4 slices of shredded pork loin 4 stalks of okra 2 slices of cheese Salt and pepper to taste

・Isobe-yaki chikuwa 2 pieces of chikuwa 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Green laver (as needed)

・Sweet potato stewed with lemon 150g sweet potato
1/4 lemon 1/2 tablespoon white dashi
1/2 tablespoon honey
5 tablespoons water

How to make it

Put the rice in a heat-resistant container and soak it in the specified amount of water. Chop the chicken thighs into small pieces and julienne the burdock root and carrots.
Add the seasonings marked with ★ and mix, then top with chicken thighs, burdock root, and carrots.
