Fresh Orange Tea
■Material■
・20g Earl Grey tea leaves
・Orange: about 2/3
・A small amount of mint
■How to make■
1) Cut off the stems on both ends of the orange.
2. First, thinly slice the orange slices for serving, then cut them into wedges. When doing this, cut off the white pith at the top of the orange wedges to bring out more of the orange flavor.
3. Place orange wedges into a strainer, then place the orange wedges and tea leaves in the filter and extract.
20g tea leaves
350cc of water
④Pour into a glass with ice and an orange slice.
⑤Garnish with mint.
*When putting fruit into the strainer, make sure to put in something that will not crumble.
*By adding the peel, the sweetness, sourness, and bitterness of the orange are balanced in just the right amount.
*Adjust the amount of water to your liking. You can also brew twice to achieve a stronger flavor.
