Mille-feuille hotpot
■Material■
・300g pork belly
・1/2 slice of Chinese cabbage ・1/2 tablespoon of dashi stock ・300ml of water
・1/2 tablespoon soy sauce ・1 tablespoon chicken stock
・Ponzu sauce (your favorite sauce)
■How to make■
1. Layer the Chinese cabbage and pork belly alternately and cut into pieces about 5mm wide.
② Place the ingredients vertically in a pot and pour in the water, soy sauce, dashi stock, and chicken stock.
3. Set the grill mode to P3 and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
