Mixed Paella

■ Ingredients (for 2 people) ■

Rice...150g
Chicken wings...4 pieces Shrimp with shell...8 pieces Clams with shell...150g
1 small onion 2 cloves of garlic 1/2 red pepper 50g canned tomatoes
Olive oil...4 tablespoons
A pinch of saffron 1 bay leaf 1/2 teaspoon salt
Soup...300ml

[Finishing touches] Green peas (as desired) Finely chopped parsley (as desired) Lemon (as desired)

■ How to make ■

Chop the onion, garlic, and red pepper.

Set the multi-steam hot plate to grill mode "P3", add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the shelled shrimp and cook until they change color, then remove. Next, add the chicken wings and cook until the surface is browned, then remove.

Add the remaining olive oil to "02" and fry the onion, garlic, and red pepper. When the aroma comes out, add the rice and fry until the rice is coated with the oil.

Add the canned tomatoes and soup and mix, then add the saffron, bay leaves and salt and mix. Once boiling, reduce the heat to "P2", add the chicken wings back in and simmer for about 8 minutes.

Place the clams with shells on top of "04", then arrange the shrimp from ② on top, turn the heat to "P3", cover, and heat until the clams open.

Sprinkle green peas and parsley over the whole dish, garnish with lemon, and serve.

■ Key Points ■

- Use your favorite soup, such as consommé, chicken stock, or scallop soup.

・Paella that contains both meat and seafood is called "mixed paella" in Spain. If you do not add chicken, it becomes "seafood paella."

-Squeeze some lemon over it when eating if you like.
