Benefits of an Extended Warranty

By purchasing an extended warranty, you can extend the manufacturer's warranty for a certain period of time.
During the warranty period, any natural failures will be repaired free of charge, so you can use the product with peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers electrical and mechanical failures that occur despite correct use as described in the product manual and instruction manual.

Guaranteed limit

The maximum warranty amount is the product purchase price. If the repair cost exceeds the maximum warranty amount, we will provide a replacement product (equivalent or new product) instead of repairing the product. If a replacement product is provided, the warranty service will end.

Not covered by warranty

This is a warranty plan that covers natural failures equivalent to the manufacturer's warranty, so the warranty does not cover the following cases.

  • Breakdowns and damages caused by external factors (breakage, explosion, fire, abnormal voltage, water damage, etc.)
  • Deterioration due to wear and tear that does not affect functionality, or aging
  • Breakdowns caused by consumables (batteries, etc.)
  • Failures caused by improper use, improper repair, modification, or incorrect connection
  • If the condition of the product cannot be confirmed (stolen, lost, etc.)

*The extended warranty for set products only applies to the basic powered product.

Joining process

Please select the desired extended warranty from the product page and order it as a set with the product. The displayed price is the total price of the product and the extended warranty.

If you have applied, please wait for the "Extended Warranty Application Confirmation Email" from the extended warranty company, which will be sent to you after the product is shipped.

If the product does not have the following optional items on the product sales page, the product is not covered by this service. Please note that if you purchase a separate extended warranty for a product that does not have optional items, we may cancel your order.

- Extended warranty cannot be purchased alone. Please note that if you purchase only the extended warranty, your order will be canceled.

- Options can only be added at the time of product purchase and cannot be added after purchase.

-The "Extended Warranty Enrollment Confirmation Email" will be sent approximately 1 to 2 weeks after purchase.
