We aimed to create a kettle that would satisfy both professional-minded users like competitive baristas and serious coffee lovers who want to perfect their craft. Based on the knowledge of the world's top barista, Hidenori Izaki, we redesigned the kettle to focus more on coffee drip. We created a special model that allows you to experience even more delicate dripping without stress.

It also features a special design that allows you to enjoy the vibrant color changes that occur with temperature. The color change in the body design that occurs when the water boils stimulates the user's senses visually. We aimed to create a special model that incorporates elements of art, turning everyday drip coffee into an even more special experience.

Taking into consideration the strain on your hands and the control of the drip, the 600ml capacity is ideal for brewing 1-2 cups. Compared to the previous EPEIOs Drip Kettle (900ml), which is designed for daily use and can brew 3-4 cups, the lightweight design significantly reduces strain on your hands. The fine control of the drip has also been improved , allowing you to concentrate more on the coffee drip.

・Main unit: New Goose Neck [New specifications]

The new Goose Neck design features a longer reach and a narrower nozzle. The longer reach makes it less likely for the nozzle to hit the dripper during dripping, allowing for a more stress-free and comfortable hand drip . The nozzle diameter is now narrower (approximately 6mm), and combined with the hand-crafted curve of the spout, which was well-received in previous kettles, allows for even more delicate drip control .

The temperature can be adjusted in 0.5°C increments from 38°C to 100°C, meeting even the most demanding temperature requirements for drip coffee. The temperature can be adjusted quickly and easily by turning the dial, making it stress-free. It also comes equipped with convenient drip features, such as a count-up timer (up to 10 minutes) for keeping track of drip time, a keep-warm function for up to 1 hour , and a °C/°F switch that is convenient for overseas users.

The grip is made of non-slip rubber material. A wide guard prevents your fingers from touching the kettle body, ensuring safety. Replacement metal grips are also included, giving the kettle a more luxurious look.

The lid is made of the same stainless steel material as the main body, and the base is equipped with a drain port to ensure safety in the unlikely event of an overflow.

This coffee mill was designed under the supervision of the world's number one barista, Hidenori Izaki. It's the world's first hand mill to feature 10 38mm blades, providing an exceptionally light and smooth grinding experience. It's a masterpiece that not only boasts high grind quality, but also features a magnetic powder cup and a dial-type grind adjustment for ease of use.

With 80 grind settings, you can enjoy a wide variety of coffees, from espresso to French press, simply by turning the dial on the outside of the unit.

The world's first hand mill equipped with 10 38mm blades. Grinding is easy for both men and women. It was developed with the hope that people would be able to easily enjoy the fun that only a hand mill can provide.

The powder cup is magnetic, making it easy to attach and detach from the main body and much easier to clean than a screw cap, which can easily trap coffee powder in the grooves.
