We have recently confirmed the existence of a fake account posing as our official Instagram account.
Fake accounts use similar usernames, the same profile pictures, and the same descriptions, but they have no connection to our company.

A similar impersonation account was also discovered on TikTok.

current situation, There is a method used to direct users to LINE via DM (direct message), but our company does not generally direct users to LINE via DM.
In addition, if the other party sends you a URL or similar, clicking on it may result in the sender obtaining and misusing your personal information.If you receive a suspicious DM from an account other than those listed above, please delete the DM itself without accessing the URL or switching to LINE, and block the fake account to prevent further damage.
When we discover a fake account, we contact Instagram and report it as spam or an impersonation account.
There is also a possibility that other similar fake accounts exist, so please be sure to check the username, etc.
