Beware of fraud caused by malicious SNS impersonation accounts

We have confirmed the existence of malicious "fake accounts" that use the EPEIOS brand name and logo without permission and pose as official accounts in an attempt to obtain customers' personal information.

To avoid becoming a victim of "fake accounts," if you receive a follow request or direct message from an impersonating account, we ask that you do not access the URL or provide any personal information, and instead take appropriate action such as deleting the direct message or blocking the fake account.
