"Quartz" is a German design developed in 1978. It is a best-selling series used in numerous restaurants and tea rooms. It has been affectionately nicknamed "Nanahachi" (7800), derived from the pattern number "#7800."
The EPEIOS logo was designed on the cupping spoon of the "Quartz" series as a symbol of the collaboration.

Based on the concept of "100-year cutlery design," including the "Laurel" design that has been loved for 100 years, the company continues to produce metal Western tableware that will be loved by generations from Tsubame, Niigata, which is famous for developing and manufacturing metal processed products.
