Juicy pork hamburger

Ingredients (for 2 people)

[Hamburg steak]
Minced pork...250g
Breadcrumbs...3 tablespoons
Milk...3 tablespoons
1/2 onion A pinch of salt A pinch of coarsely ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

[Side dish]
Yellow peppers: 1/4 each Shimeji mushrooms: 1/4 stalk Asparagus: 2 stalks Cherry tomatoes: 4 pcs Olive oil: 1 tbsp

[Japanese-style sauce]
Grated onion...1/2 Soy sauce...2 tablespoons
Sake...2 tablespoons
Mirin...2 tablespoons
Sugar...2 teaspoons
1 tablespoon vinegar

■Accessories to be used■

Mesh basket (hamburger steak, Japanese sauce)
Wire rack (side dish vegetables)

■作り方■

1. Prepare the vegetables. Peel the bottom 5cm of the asparagus with a peeler and cut into 4cm diagonal slices. Remove the stems from the shimeji mushrooms and soften them. Cut the peppers into irregular pieces.

② Put breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and mix well. Chop the onion into small pieces.

③ Put the above ②, minced pork, salt, coarsely ground pepper, and cumin powder into a bowl and mix with your hands until sticky. Divide into 2 equal parts, roll into balls, flatten and lightly indent the center. *To make it easier to heat through,

④ Make the Japanese sauce. Grate the onion. Add the grated onion, soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, and vinegar to a large cocotte.

5. Place a sheet of baking paper in a mesh basket and top with the hamburger steak and Japanese-style sauce (cocotte).
Place a wire rack with baking paper, add the vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.

⑥ Place the mesh basket on the top shelf and the wire rack on the bottom shelf and bake in a 200°C oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

⑦ Place the above ⑥ on a plate and pour the Japanese sauce over it.

ポイント

- Applying oil when rolling will make it easier to roll.
・You can also use beef or lamb instead of pork.
-If your child doesn't like cumin powder, you can leave it out and still enjoy this dish.
