If you think it might be broken
Check that the power plug is inserted all the way in.
Please plug the product into an outlet (AC 100V) that is compatible with the rated voltage indicated on the product.
Press the on/off button to start it up.
When the temperature/time display on the panel is on, the menu buttons and other buttons will respond.
The unit will only operate when the front door is closed, so please make sure the front door is securely closed before pressing the on/off button.
