Ingredients (for 2 people)

Chicken thigh...1 piece Soy sauce...1 tablespoon
Sake...1 teaspoon
Grated ginger...1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon grated garlic
Mayonnaise...1 tablespoon
Flour...2 tablespoons
Potato starch...2 tablespoons

1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a plastic bag.

② Add soy sauce, sake, grated ginger, grated garlic, and mayonnaise to ①, rub together, and leave for 30 minutes.

③ Coat ② with flour and potato starch in that order.

4. Place a baking sheet in a mesh basket and place 3 on top, making sure not to overlap.

⑤Heat at 200℃ for 15 minutes.

*Adjust the cooking time depending on the size of the chicken.

The vinegar in mayonnaise has the effect of tenderizing meat.
・The oil in the mayonnaise coats the meat, preventing it from becoming dry. *You can also use breast meat instead and make this dish delicious.
・By coating the meat in flour first, you can retain the flavor of the meat. If you then coat it in potato starch, you can create a crispy coating.
