Grilled autumn salmon
■ Ingredients (for 2 people) ■
4 small slices of autumn salmon, 1/8 purple cabbage, 1/2 sweet potato, 1 red and 1 yellow pepper, 100g lotus root
1/8 pumpkin 1/2 broccoli stalk 5 cherry tomatoes Your favorite herbs (thyme is used in the photo)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lemon (sliced)
■ How to make ■

Cut the autumn salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Dice the purple cabbage and slice the sweet potato, pepper, and lotus root into rounds.
Slice the pumpkin in half lengthwise and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.

Place the cherry tomatoes in a plastic bag and toss with salt, pepper, grated garlic, and olive oil.

Arrange "02" on a heat-resistant plate and top with thyme.

Place the oven-safe dish in a mesh basket and heat at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Finish by sprinkling lemon slices on top.
